Welcome to Magnet's online referral and scheduling system.
 The online scheduling system is for existing Magnet customers and individuals who received a Priority Appointment Referral Code from their partner or a Magnet volunteer/staff member. If you do not know your Magnet ID, you can get it by coming in to Magnet and asking at the front desk. We cannot disclose your Magnet ID over the phone.
To use the system you will need the following:
- Your Magnet ID number (MRN)
- The last name and date of birth associated with your Magnet records
OR
- Your Priority Appointment Referral Code
If at any time during the scheduling process you have difficulty, call our front desk at (415) 581-1600 and a concierge volunteer or staff member will be happy to assist you.
Our online appointment system will be down for scheduled maintenance on Sunday, February 26 from 7am to 7pm. You will not be able to make appointments during this time.
